ZOOM PIANO MEETUP GUIDELINES

Information for members with an annual membership

1. Members can perform in all monthly zoom piano meetups for free. Members can register here on the site or through Meetup.com.

2. Performer slots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Performers can invite up to two guests to join as listeners.  Performers must provide the first names of his/her guests to the event host no later than an hour before the event. After receiving the zoom link, performers are responsible for sharing the zoom link with their guests.

4. A zoom link will be made public about an hour before the start of the event.
 

5. If a program is less than 30 minutes, a cancellation notice will be sent by email. Meetup members will receive a notice through Meetup.

6. If there are extra meetups (in addition to the regularly scheduled monthly meetup), the same policies apply.

7. Meetups will start promptly on time. Event host will start admitting participants about 10 minutes before the event starts.

8.  Performers who arrive late may or may not get a chance to play depending on when the meetup ends. This is due to the fact that a meetup can end earlier than expected.
